reynoldswrite: when Thurmond was 92 years old, McCain got mad at him on the Senate floor and they had a scuffle
obamamamablog: well, one little incident doesn’t mean anything. eynoldswrite: He also called Senator Charles Grassley a “fucking jerk” in a committee meeting.
obamamamablog: well, I’m sure he had good reason
reynoldswrite: he screamed in the face of Senator Richard Shelby, he called Senator Pete Domenicii an asshole
reynoldswrite: he screamed “fuck you!” at Senator John Cornyn
obamamamablog: well, those democrats make him mad sometimes
reynoldswrite: but, mama—those are ALL Republicans.
obamamamablog: well, I’ll swanee.
reynoldswrite: Senator Thad Cochran said "The thought of his being president sends a cold chill down my spine...He is erratic. He is hotheaded. He loses his temper and he worries me."

reynoldswrite: Senator Bob Smith said: “I have witnessed incidents where he has used profanity at colleagues and exploded at colleagues . . . He would disagree about something and then explode. It was incidents of irrational behavior. We've all had incidents where we have gotten angry, but I've never seen anyone act like that."
